Her super strength is filling organizational gaps by building long-lasting systems that make people successful.

Early in her career, Megan founded a successful human resource and organizational development consulting business focused on VC-backed startups. 

Scribd

Megan led People, Talent, and Business Operations in the early stages at Scribd, a subscription e-book and audio company. As the company scaled at breakneck speed, she built out its team and operations from the ground floor up. 

CreativeLive

She joined CreativeLive as one of its first executives, working as its Chief People Officer and SVP of Business Operations for over eight years. Megan was involved in every hire at CreativeLive and worked with hundreds of employees, as well as thousands of industry instructors and experts during her time there.  She also created a thriving work culture and ran a gold standard operation with a diverse team of creative professionals. 

Megan’s mission is to always put people first. Her goal is to make sure that people matter as much as product and profit, especially in early-stage environments.
