Previous experience
The genetics start
Marie went to school to study genetics, where she researched 10,000 genetically modified zebrafish. Her background in science ultimately motivates her to focus on documentation and process efficiency across the work she does today.
Stripe
While at Stripe, Marie designed an acqui-hire interview process when Stripe acquired a hardware company. Her experience in genetics positioned her to develop the process at scale in order to yield action-oriented and qualitative results.
For Marie, the work she enjoys doing the most is when she’s designing measurable processes that allow for iteration in order to leverage better decision-making and results.
