    As someone who studies communication efficiency and its congruent relationship between company culture and outcomes, Breanna has always been fascinated by the operating side of businesses.

    Previous experience

    First Round

    Breanna worked at First Round Capital for over 4 years. While there, her mission was to amplify other people’s strengths and help others succeed. While at First Round, Breanna learned the importance of culture as a key motivator for people to produce their best work.

    For Breanna, the work that inspires her most is when she’s working on several different projects, meeting a variety of founders, and learning about new industries.

    Breanna loved Tetris as a kid. That’s probably why she loves an organized calendar so much today. Breanna is an expert at making puzzle pieces fit together at TheGP—whether that’s organizing deal flow, a schedule, or an LP pipeline.

    Breanna loves an “all hands on deck” mentality in a professional environment. When plans change unexpectedly, she embraces the challenge and makes sure the team adapts accordingly.
