Highlights

From Google to Shopkick

Jason was forged from the fires of agency recruiting and then went in-house sourcing the toughest roles for Google’s information security organization. Jason was an early member of Shopkick (later acquired by SK Telecom) where he built the recruiting organization from zero and grew the company to over 400 people.

GoFundMe

At GoFundMe, Jason built and led recruiting both nationally and internationally. He helped lead talent integrations of two major acquisitions—YouCaring and CrowdRise—while also hiring senior leadership across all teams.

Aurora Innovation

Jason built the recruiting machine that led Aurora through IPO, scaling the company from 78 to over 1,600 in just over four years. Along with leading teams, Jason remained hands-on, recruiting some of the most critical talent for the company, as well as hiring a large percentage of Aurora’s senior leadership team.

Jason loves to solve problems creatively, whether it’s building a recruiting system catered specifically to the company he’s working with or whether it’s finding innovative ways to source the best talent in the world.
